About Us

Universal Service Credit Union was chartered in 1967 as Hill Brothers Credit Union, serving a limited field of membership within the Wholesale Grocery Industry. In later years, as our field of membership expanded, we changed our name to Universal Service to more accurately reflect our membership.

Our membership is composed of the employees of many different Companies engaged in a variety of diversified industries in Florida as well as several other States including the U.S. Virgin Islands. We provide a broad range of services and benefits any member should expect of their financial Institution but with generally higher earnings on their savings and lower rates on Loans and the convenience of Direct Deposit.

Our ‘Once a Member, Always a Member’ policy allows each individual to continue the benefits of Membership, even if they should leave their present employer. In addition to your membership your family members are also eligible to join and take advantage of our services and benefits.
