Located in Hialeah Florida, our membership is composed of employees of companies located throughout Florida and other states as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are a member-owned not-for-profit financial cooperative. Unlike banks, which pay their stockholders dividends, our profits (after accounting for expenses and regular reserves) are returned to the members in the form of and higher dividends.
Universal Service Credit Union is a State Chartered Credit Union, regulated by the State of Florida, and insured by the National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. Government Agency. The Credit Union is operated by the Board of Directors, elected annually by the membership under a One Member, One Vote concept.
Our mission is to promote thrift among our members, provide the best financial products available at the lowest cost possible. The staff and management of Universal Service Credit Union are committed to provide personal friendly service to all members at all times.
